RSS feeds on all CS posts

This small patch makes every post in a CSS "offer" the RSS feed of that CS. (i.e. in Mozilla Firefox the little RSS icon will show up in the address bar).

Normally this only happens on the collaboration system's root page.

Instructions: Apply the attached patch to lib/WebGUI/Asset/ and restart WebGUI.

Any chance this change can go into the official release?

System RequirementsPlease be advised: this contribution was tested with something older than WebGUI 7.5. When this contribution was uploaded there was no field for the author to fill out regarding it's requirements.

Really? Why? All CS's have RSS feeds, this just puts the link tag in on every page in the CS. Every page already has the "RSS Feeds" link, but that's not as handy for setting a Live Bookmark in Mozilla, for example.

The CS seems to put this link tag in regardless of whether or not the Enable RSS property is set to Yes or No, which may be a bug. But currently, I'm just duplicating that functionality.

I don't think this needs to be optional, it's almost a bug fix.
