I'm always trying to find out which Workflow Activity is in which Workflow.  Finally, I sat down and wrote a SQL Report which will tell me.  It lists all the activities by title, and shows which workflow activity they are in.  It also tells you what kind of workflow activity it is, in case there isn't enough detail in the activity title.
