 The "new guy" at Plain Black. Kaleb was hired as a programmer and has been an active member of the community for some time. He's a great guy and the brains behind the upcoming 2.0 survey asset.

 Chris is no longer the "new guy" at Plain Black and is happy about that. Some staff still try to push this title back on him for comical reasons. :)

 Graham is the wise support guru at Plain Black and if you've ever worked with him then you know he's the man.

 Jamie is the guy at Plain Black who handles things like billing, hosting, and contracts. You can find this guy on the phone helping customers during the day and at night you'll catch him on the Teamfortress 2 servers. :)
