Room Information

We've reserved a block of rooms at the Madison Concourse at a specially discounted rate of $124.00 for a single and $134.00 for a double. If you wish to indulge in some of the finer amenities the hotel has to offer you can upgrade to the Governor's Club.

To make reservations please call 1-800-356-8293 and identify yourself as part of the WebGUI Users Conference to get the discounted rate. There are a limited number of rooms at this rate and the special rate will end at Midnight on July 29th. (1 month prior to the WUC) So be sure to reserve yours right away.

Directions from Airport to Hotel

The Madison Concourse Hotel is a short 15 minute drive from the Dane County Regional Airport.

From the airport:

Head southeast toward Mitchell St. (331 ft)
Turn left at Mitchell St. (0.4 mi.)
Turn right at Bowman St. (0.2 mi.)
Bowman St. turns left and becomes Pierstorff St. (0.2 mi.)
Turn right at N. Stoughton Rd/ US 51 S. (0.8 mi.)
Turn right at E. Washington Ave. (4.1 mi.)
Turn right at N. Webster St. (0.1 mi.)
Turn left at E. Dayton St. (0.1 mi.)
