In order to facilitate real-time collaboration with community membes and developers, we've created an IRC channel: #webgui on Freenode, irc://irc.freenode.net#webgui
If you are new to IRC, that's ok. There are many resources on the web to help you get acquainted with its use. If you intend to hang out for a while, remember to register your nick as well. If you need help, ask in the channel, otherwise Freenode's FAQ is a good place to start.
We've also included a list of clients that can be used to join.
Windows Based Clients
Mac OSX Based Clients
Linux Based Clients
Browser-based IRC Cients
Very simple. Provide a meaningful nickname, and enter the capcha code.
Connect to irc.freenode.net. Then join #webgui.
Don't flood the channel by pasting lots of lines of code or from your logs. Instead, use one of these pastebins and post the resulting URL on #webgui:
Imagebins
If you want to share a screenshot or any random image with the channel, use one of these imagebins and post the resulting URL on #webgui:
< perlbot> (fact) : tell (who) about (what) : (what) > (who) : learn (what) as (info) : relearn (fact) as (info) : phone (phone #) : shorten (url) : shorten it : search (keyword) : cpan (module) : docs (module) : perldoc -f (function) : jargon (term) : math (expr): fortune : flip : host (type) (record) : rot13 (text) : roll (die) : tempconv (temp) : scramble (foo) : 8ball (question) : slap (who) : diss (who) : top/bottom (number) karma : geoip (ip)
An archive of the channel logs is kindly offered by xdanger (Jukka Raimovaara) at http://mentalhouse.net/irc/logs/webgui/
