WebGUI.js, stealth awesomeness, or cruftification

While finding all the files in extras that have hardcoded extras, I came across extras/WebGUI.js.

It's not used by any perl code, javascript nor is it called in any template.

Is it safe to remove it?

If it's no longer being used by anything, please go ahead and get rid of it. At one time it was being used by the rich editor for something I believe.
