WebGUI works on perl 5.10

I recently upgraded my laptop to Fedora Core 9, which has perl 5.10 by default.  The test suite has one failure that is different than the nightly runs on perl 5.8, and that may simple be due to different versions of LWP::MediaTypes.

Is it time to start talking about upgrading the WRE? :)

Hey Colin,

That's good news about 5.10!

I hope you're joking about upgrading WRE. Until we have more complete test coverage of the core, I think upgrading would be introducing potential issues. I'd also prefer to see 5.10.1 before switching over.
