My new laptop come :) and I've been working on getting it set up for development.  Usually, I just CPAN everything in, but this time I tried using all the RPMs for perl modules that I could.

I'll attach the output of testEnvironment.pl --simpleReport to this post, but the simple story is that only 12 modules were missing, and two additional ones were outdated.

Getting WebGUI into Fedora/Red Hat may not be a huge undertaking after all...
