It looks like the i18n and Help for the UserList were not checked in, and neither was the special license file that it refers to.

The rest of it isn't done yet. That's why i've only added it to the branch i made for developing this wobject. It looks to me like that's the only branch where it was added to. Do you see it anywhere else?
