This patch builds on my earlier patch adding the ability to specify the name of the database that the WRE creates in MySQL when you add a new site. The earlier patch just added the "back-end" functionality so you could use it with the command line addsite.pl utility. This patch adds a new (optional) field to the WRE console form for adding a new site that lets you specify the database name you'd like to use. It indicates that it will be auto-generated if left blank. Can this go into the WRE?

As long as you've tested it and update any of the automated tests that
need to be updated, then you have my blessing to commit it to svn for
WRE 0.8.4. Don't forget to update the change log.

Yeah, I've tested it on my dev server. I'll update the tests. I don't have svn commit access, but I'm happy to commit it if someone sets that up for me.
