Hello everyone, Trying to set up the compiled HTML::Template. See no variables inside the loops. Lokks like it's hard to investigate why. Would like to be fuinded by PB for this. By far the every page load regex calls is not the best for WG performance. HTC authors do promise significant boost. How about? Looks long to manage CV to PB for free lance base collaboration. At least 2 stuffs to mention: - WG 6.8 does work with my FCGI::Spawn with nginx. - i have strong karma somewhy at WG site. Thanks. |

I find it very hard to understand what you are trying to say here. Can you ask someone to help you translate your Russian to English? Koen de Jonge - ProcoliX |

yes i can. someone please translate my Russian to English. fine? ok. there was the discussion here some time ago how does one use the HTML::Template::Expr with WG. And, there was someone who told there's no way to do this. But i did with almost no problems. Years had passed and now we can choose HTML::Template::Expr as an option on WebGUI.conf. And, the basic lowest price of WG hosting raised from $35 to $150. But the performance weakness use to stay the same: the template engine. I tried to elaborate on this problem with HTML::Template::Compiled. And, see that variables inside the TMPL_LOOPs are being lost. I care on this because i'd like to see the WG to be closer to smaller clients. In particular, the improved performance could make the specialized WG hosting service cheaper. |

If someone implements this as an option that makes sense then I'll probably allow it. However, in the long haul I'd like to get rid of HTML::Template all together and just offer Template Toolkit with an HTML::Template dialect. If I do that, then this will become irrelevant.
