I want to develop a web 2.0 site for schools to promote the band concerts for their district.

I want to develop the project with WebGui and I am seeking quotations (inlcuding from PlainBlack).  Design considerations will include look & feel, ease of use .... If we can become the New CraigsList for Band Concerts ... (i.e. think big, but don't price it that way!).
