h2 style definitions in templates

I noticed there are header level 2 style definitions in templates "Default DataForm" and "Tab Form". This is rather unusual since most if not all other assets leave definition to a site-wide style sheet. In fact, I had to remove them for my site. Is there any particular reason this was included? Should it be removed?
