Recheck for losing Product Images (#11833)

Issue

Process:

1) Add a product with an image.

2) Edit the product

3) Wait a while

4) The image is lost.

Bug #10643 fixed the code that caused the problem, but didn't repair any existing assets with the problem of having duplicate storage locations. This is now fixed.

Fixed in 7.9.14 (fcbb9c7)
Fixed in 7.10.1 (3c15058)
