11/19/2010 3:55 am 		Click again on "Commit to SVN" and you will see the "Updating...." message of all language .pm files again.

4/28/2011 5:20 pm 		This has been fixed.  The new, updated server runs git instead of SVN, and the repository is available on github for branching.
