There appears to be no template help page for the calendar month view. I have confirmed this is true as of 7.7.32, and goes as far back as 7.5.38. This particular help page would be quite useful because the month template contains of a number of loops, and it would be good to know what is available both for loops and within each.

Without a help page, users must resort to looking at the default month template, and then delve into the API if they want to see whether there are other variables available that are not used in the default template.

Also, it would be very helpful to users to have all the calendar templates given similar titles, so that it is easier to find them on the help page. Some are listed under the C's, starting with "Calendar" and others are listed under the V's, starting with "View Calendar".
