Can't delete attached file in CS (#11466)

Issue

In the PBWG collaboration system, the delete icon is missing next to an attached file.

1. Add a CS post, which had an image attached to it.

2. For some reason the image was sideways when it uploaded, so I edited the CS with the intention of deleting the attached image so I could upload a new one.

3. The yes/no buttons to confirm the deletion are below the image thumbnail in the edit post screen, but the red X to perform the delete is not there.

(12:13:05 PM) bopbop: because otherwise I have to save the post in order to get it to delete (12:13:14 PM) bopbop: so it gets emailed out again (12:13:24 PM) bopbop: then I have to edit, reattach, and save again (12:24:34 PM) bopbop: well, I can go ahead and do it how it has to be done now, I just don't appreciate the backlash from the users who are going to email me with "stop spamming my email" replies
perlDreamer 3/22/2010 5:29 pm	Added a new form field, label and code that allows anyone who can edit an existing post to skip notifications to changes to the post. New posts always have notifications enabled. The default template, Default post form, has been updated to use the new template code. Fixed in 7.9.1 (f5fd970) Fixed in 7.8.16 (74f3703)
kimd 3/23/2010 10:55 am	Hey, that is a really cool feature! I get lots of notifications from our site because of people correcting typos, adding photos or changing formatting. Well done!
