i18n LDAP field name in user properties wrong (#11395)

Issue

In the LDAP connection editing dialog, the i18n label "LDAP Proxy User DN" is correctly used to refer to the LDAP proxy user.

However, in the LDAP portion of the user properties, the i18n text "LDAP Proxy User DN" is incorrectly used to refer to the "LDAP User DN". A new i18n should be created and used to refer to this property as "LDAP User DN" thus removing the word "proxy".

** Note that the main LDAP connection editing dialog should continue to say "LDAP Proxy User DN" as it is correct for that dialog because it is referring to something else.

Fixed the label in the Edit User screen that said "LDAP Proxy User DN" and added a new label called "LDAP User DN".
