Prop style in 7.8.0? (#11081)

Issue

I found a folder in the import node called "Prop style" (/root/import/prop-style). It's just 4 templates and a nav, not a complete style. I think it's maybe a PB customer style and not supposed to be in there?

Solution Summary

The tarball for 7.8.1 did not have the correct create.sql script.  Any existing site was properly upgraded, but any new site was actually built with the 7.8.0 database.<br />
The tarballs for download have been fixed on plainblack.com and SourceForge, and when 7.8.2 is released next week, any site built with the wrong script will automatically upgrade itself to 7.8.1, and then to 7.8.2.<br />

rogier 10/15/2009 9:43 am	I found it again in the 7.8.1 beta demo, but it's not in our 7.8.1 site. Has it accidentally been re-added?
