Too many wikis (#10585)

Issue

Having pages separated into multiple wiki's for the different functional areas of the site is broken from a usability point of view. It makes it extremely tedious to find information that you know is there, and likely impossible to find stuff that might be there. So I'm posting a new bug as per perlDreamer's comments in http://www.webgui.org/use/bugs/tracker/10584 This was also mentioned in http://www.webgui.org/design/forum/forum/wiki-in-new-design/

If I have to make it a feature request I will, but IMHO, it's really a bug.

elnino 7/13/2009 10:24 am	I agree - very difficult, I have no idea which wiki to look at for information. Nor do I know where to put new ones. Many of us wear "many hats" and our roles are not clearly defined. - where to I add karma to this?

patspam 9/9/2009 12:51 pm	(This comment is from discussions at the WUC hackathon between William, Graham, Bob, Patrick, Andy, JT) We suggest replacing the existing separate wikis with links to keyword pages. These keyword pages will become the top-level navigation keywords. The wikis (thus, keywords) we've identified are User, Designer, Developer, Admin, Install. As the wiki's are re-integrated, we need to push the keyword onto the pages as they are integrated.
elnino 9/11/2009 10:41 am	I like the sound of a single wiki!!! But I'm not quite sure if I understand the keyword bit. It sounds like CREATING a wiki will become easier (because there is one wiki) and I suppose the SEARCHING will become easier, because there would only be one wiki search, but, when searching for a wiki by a tag cloud, it sounds like I"ll have to figure out which keyword page to go to, right? Or are you not talking about clouds?
