I would *love* to see the list of items in the spectre queue as an admin, and to know spectre's opinion of the disposition WITHIN the browser as part of an admin tool.

I'd like to know:

1. Is Spectre running?
2. Can I stop/start/restart spectre from a web page?
   
3. What's queued in Spectre?
4. Can I retry something in the queue that failed?
5. Can I discard something (perhaps, something stuck?) in the queue?
6. Can I reprioritize something in the queue?
7. What's in Spectre's log?

I don't know if you'd like this to be split up, but this seems to be something that could be a huge benefit to all users of WebGUI.
