The Synicated Content Asset can, right now, no nothing with syndicated content. This may be very well be the reason that we can't see the User Friendly comic on WebGUI.org. Could it be extended so that images in RSS feeds become available in the template?
P.S. Support my Request for Enhancement of Thingy!
Thingy is great, but it would become really powerfull if things could be linked in both directions! Then you could find all people linked to an organisation and all organisations linked to a person.
Transfer your karma to this RFE now, that's what karma's for!

Let me update this RFE, since the userfriendly site displays only comments in the rss feed now. And this RFE could be mistaken for an RFE to display the images in the inline HTML of the description field.
There are two ways to display to put images in an RSS feed. One is with the image element, which is described here:
http://www.w3schools.com/rss/rss_tag_image.asp
It would be nice if the syndicated content asset could do something with it if it encounters such an image tag.
(Another more advanced way would be Yahoo's media rss, http://search.yahoo.com/mrss, but let's start with something simple.)
Don't donate any karma anymore, we've sponsored this RFE with money.
