A template variable should be created in the folder::view method that is isSubfolder. If the folder is a subfolder ($self->getParent is a Folder), a template variable should be created that is the URL for that folder. Also the title should be passed, though it should be up to the person modifying the template whether to use "Up..." as the text for the Up command, or the title of the parent Folder, or both. Also, it would be nice if there were an "Up Folder"
