I think the ?op=manageCommittedVersions page should be in reverse chronological order if it's to be useful - then the most recent version checkins are at the top.

This enables you to see at a glance what changes were recently checked in and by who.  Currently I'm finding I'm always scrolling to the bottom of this page to find that out.
