hidden assets should be seen in admin view (#442)

Issue

Hi.

When assets are hidden via the pagelayout, I would still like to see them when admin is turned on so that they can be easily seen and modified without having to go into the asset tree.

JT 6/21/2007 10:59 am	That may be a convenience to you, but I believe it would be confusing to most users, and would go against our user interface guidelines in that while in admin mode the page should look much the same as it would when not in admin mode. Request
crythias 11/13/2008 12:50 pm	Would you consider making hidden assets be marked as (hidden) and show WITHOUT content just like a redirect?
JT 11/17/2008 10:10 am	I'll consider it and then reject it, not because it's a bad idea, but just cuz it's you. And then I'll come to my senses and reopen the ticket, because I decide I like you afterall. =)
elnino 11/17/2008 8:58 pm	I think that is an excellent idea. It follows the user interface guidelines (I'm assuming that displaying redirect assets in admin mode folllow your UI guidelines).
rogier 2/4/2009 3:37 am	If this is implemented, perhaps it could be made a switch in the settings; maybe even a three way switch: "always hide", "show without content" and "show with content". I can imagine there are cases where the suggested behaviour is desired, but the "confusing to users" argument is a strong one.
