I think it would be rewarding if there were some way that other users could recognized people who do a lot for WebGUI on the message boards.

This could be based on "posts" but I think it's better to base it off of total karma (including karma spent).

0 Total Karma = "Beginner" (zero stars)
500 Total Karma = "Novice" (1 star)
1000 Total Karma = "Skilled" (2 stars)
2500 Total Karma = "Professional" (3 stars)
5000 Total Karma = "Expert" (4 stars)
7500 Total Karma = "Master" (5 stars)
10000 Total Karma = "Guru" (Big honkin star)
Plainblack Staff = "Staff" (Some sort of special icon)
