Survey2 has a number of predefined question types that are bundles of multiple choice questions.

For example:

• Certainty (A1: "Not at all certain", A2-A10 unlabled, A11: "Extremely certain")
• Concern (A1: "Not at all concerned", A2-A10 unlabled, A11: "Extremely concerned")
• Ideology ('Strongly liberal', 'Liberal', 'Somewhat liberal', 'Middle of the road', 'Slightly conservative', 'Conservative', 'Strongly conservative')
• etc..

Unsurprisingly, the first thing we want to do when using Survey is customize these bundles to make them relevant to our domain and hence actually useful to our survey admins. Survey needs to provide an interface for content manager to customize the existing bundles and add/remove their own. This could be implemented either on the asset instance level or site-wide, whatever seems most appropriate to the rfe implementor.
