Basically, if a moderator of a thread would like
clarification, or to edit or delete a moderated post,
it would nice for this to be available ... sort of the
ability to have semi-private threads original
poster+moderaters can post within a thread.

Semi-private threads can be useful for support and
help-desk type things. Unapproved posts cannot
currently be edited or deleted.
