User configurable size for Code Editor (#11467)

Issue

I find myself continuously resizing the Code Editor when working on templates.

I would like to propose a user configurable height and width of the Code Editor window.

TheSeparator 3/11/2010 2:19 pm	The idea is to store the user preferences for later re-use, trying to avoid the "continuous resizing"
preaction 4/7/2010 12:46 pm	Approved, but only as a cookie. The code editor is separate from WebGUI and cannot rely on WebGUI's internal APIs.
