The ability to "Add files" to a Folder is currently limited to members of the group "Turn Admin On", which creates a version tag that needs to be committed.  I'd like to request a feature, similar to the Gallery, that includes a option within the Security tab - "Group to Add Files".  This would allow members of the designated group to add files to the folder without belonging to " Turn Admin On" group or having to commit a version tag.
