This beta release of WebGUI 7.8 contains fixes for the Collaboration System,
Database character encodings, templates, Event Management System, Asset Manager,
Story Manager, Account, Syndicated Content, Wiki, DataForm, Thingy, Map, TinyMCE,
Clipboard and Trash, Shop and Calendar

Gotchas:
 * WebGUI now requires Business::PayPal::API 0.62 or higher.
