WebGUI 7.8.0 is the first release in the 7.8 series.  It contains bug fixes
for the Code editor, Wiki Page, Version Tags, Data Form, Calendar, Thingy,
Subscription Asset, Survey and the Cart.

Gotchas:

    You must upgrade to 7.7.20 before upgrading to 7.8.0
