This release contains performance improvements for the AdminBar, which will speed up WebGUI working on large sites.  The AdminBar and AssetManager now work consistently when doing operations on assets like cut and paste and return you to the page where you started.  There are fixes for the Shortcut, Thingy, ical in the Calendar, the NotifyAboutUsers workflow activity and the RandomAssetProxy macro.  WebGUI's Date picker now has an easier way to skip months and years.  Group privileges were added to the Shipping plugins for the Shop.
