We have discovered a problem with WRE 0.8.2. We found a hole in our testing. It will work fine if you're upgrading an existing install, but won't work well if you're installing from scratch. We'll be releasing WRE 0.8.3 shortly to resolve these issues. Sorry for the inconvenience.
