I am trying to get a new website installed. I have created all of the usual things (than worked before), but I am getting an error 500 on connecting to the website. Does anyone know what this is?

OK, the answer to this problem, is permissions.
Even though the startup for apache listed the WebGUI Config file for the domain in the startup, I think that since the permissions on the file were 600, WebGui could not connect to the DB.
Changing the permissions to 644 resolved the issue.
