Ok, if you have added a wiki, the front page style has a template variable: <tmpl_var keywordCloud> This will show the cloud with default properties. How often the keywords are entered in wiki articles, determines the css class that they get. So far it is quite automatic. If you want to replace the cloud, duplicate the original template and alter it.
