The WebGUI Runtime Environment (WRE) includes all the components you need to run WebGUI. And you cant install that on your average cheap hoster.

Ok ok. So the WRE actually has to be installed on the server. Not just the computer running WebGUI?

You guys keep refering to these servers as lowcost and cheap. They are lowcost. But they seem very .. not so cheap I guess. Some with no cap on web storage or bandwith. I guess I just don't understand everything there is to know about it.

The WRE is installed wherever WebGUI is installed. And WebGUI is installed on the server. I think the thing you might be confused about is that WebGUI is not a dreamweaver type program, it isn't meant to run on your desktop machine. It is a server, it's meant to be run on the server and actually serve up the page requests to each end user that comes to the site.
