I can understand that you may be frustrated if something doesn't work right for one reason or another, but to be honest posts like this do absolutely nothing to make anything better.

If you think you may be doing something wrong or you need help then you posted to the right place.  However, you didn't provide any information or specific details about your problem that would allow someone to help you.

What version of WebGUI were the packages created in?  What version were you upgrading from?  You say it doesn't work, what does that mean?  Can you describe what happens?  Is there anything in the webgui or apache log files when this happens?  What kind of content is in the package?  Can you import the package into the version of WebGUI that it was created in?  Can you duplicate this on a demo site?  Can you post the steps for reproducing the problem?

Including stuff like that will allow someone to focus on the problem whereas when you don't include it, it will likely get written off as you ranting.

If it turns out that there is an error or something that's broken, make sure to post a bug report.  Developers don't usually watch the etcetera forums but posting a good bug report with concise detailed information and steps for duplication are far more likely to get you a solution to your problem.  You can post bugs by clicking on the "Bugs" link in the left hand nav.

Maintenance releases of WebGUI which include bug fixes are released every week.
