Creating an SQLForm Add/Edit template with custom fields is not given a submit button. What is the solution?

<a name="id<tmpl_var assetId>">
<tmpl_if session.var.adminOn>

<tmpl_var controls>

</tmpl_if>

<tmpl_var managementLinks>

<tmpl_var formHeader>

<tmpl_var field.DnKey.value>
<tmpl_var field.DvKorteOms.formElement>
<tmpl_var field.DvLangeOms.formElement>
<tmpl_var formFooter>

The value and name of the submit button don't matter. Any submit button will work, i.e.:

But i will add a submit tmpl_var to the template.
