Is it possible to put a complete shelf into the cart with one "add to cart" button?

Is this possible without a shelf?

There's no built in feature to do this, but we could certainly add one for you. Contact info@plainblack.com if you'd like a quote. Also, if you have programmers on staff you could write it yourself.

Is it possible to make such a button with javascript?
Or do I need someone to go into the shelf code?

The response to my request was:

This isn't possible, since Products can have multiple variants, Donations, Ads and ThingyRecords can require optional input.

Would anyone else like to have a feature where multiple 'simple' products can be put into the cart in one go?
Thus, saving the costumer valuable time, having less clicks to get to the checkout without having to make a new product item for each option.

How do other WEBGui shops solve this problem?
