Edit: I am using version 5.3.0 I have created a new page (which happens to be a new root, but am not sure if that is significant, it seems to be from my limited experiments). This new page has the privillege of being viewable by members of a specific group (and my problem is also seen with requiring registered users only). I am able to view this page without being logged in by typing in the URL to it. If I type in the URL to a page beneath my (unrestricted) main root, I am asked to log in before it continues, which is what I expect from my protected alternate root. Am I likely overlooking something or is this a security flaw? |
