Coming from v5.8, I'm not sure how to change the page order within the navigation system. In v5.8, I would have used the Page Tree function. How do I change the page order in menus in v7.4? --- (Edited on 4/14/2008 11:05 am [GMT-0500] by aaronp55426) --- |

To me, changing the page order in the newer version is MUCH better than the old pagetree functionality. There are a few ways to do it, but for me it's easiest from within the Asset Manager. When you're looking at your list of pages, simply click and drag the number that appears between the little checkbox and the name of the page to its new location with your mouse. When you're looking at the page itself, you can also click on the small icon in front of the red "X" and a sub-menu will pop up - you can promote and demote the page from there as well, but for me it's not as intuitive. I like to be able to see the whole list and figure out where everything is going to land-- Jarrod --- (Edited on 4/14/2008 11:19 am [GMT-0500] by jigou) --- |
