I have a workflow set up to email the site admins when a new user account is created, and to add the new user to an email subscription group.

This has been working as expected until I upgraded from 7.7.31 to 7.7.33 yesterday. A user was created, and since then the workflow has been running itself continuously, sending us an email every minute.

It seems that creating a new user account subsequently, makes the site send us two every minute, and I just created another user so we're getting 3 notification emails a minute.

The webgui.log is filled with:

2010/03/01 17:24:28 - ERROR - spectre.conf - POE::Kernel::_dispatch_event[1056] - WORKFLOW: Something bad happened on the return of www.site.com - db71L3GkQ8ZJpIbojGxbXg.

Is anyone else having similar problems? testEnvironment.pl states I have all the modules installed correctly.
