Here are some things you should do before asking your question:

1) Check the WebGUI Community Wiki. There is a lot of information in here, on both common and obscure tasks. Check here first.

2) Search the WebGUI.org site. This search includes both the Wiki and the Forums, and may come up with things the Wiki doesn't have.

3) Search the Bug List. If you think you've found a bug in WebGUI, make sure someone else hasn't posted it already. This search will include both open and closed bugs.

4) Upgrade to the latest stable version. If you think you've found a bug, try to reproduce it with the latest stable version. Or try to reproduce it on the demo site.

I would say that the etcetera forum is a place where you can discuss anything related to WebGUI and that, even if you have allready found a lot of information in the Wiki or on the Bugs list, you could still ask for more extensive explaination on this list.
