I have a lot of database links to other databases. Due to a change, many of those links are now invalid.

As a result, I cannot manage my database links anymore from the admin menu. The page takes too long and then I get an empty response.

I've tried connecting directly to the modperl server, but to no avail.

Anyone know of way for me to delete the obsolete database links?

As far as I saw int the original create.sql, databaseLinks only are used in SQL-Reports.

So, if you had more DB-links, does that mean, you wan't use existing SQL-Reports any more?

in that case, I would empty the link fields in the SQLreport table and delete the contents of databaseLinks. Since that table isn't a asset/wobject table, I think it won't hurt.

So phpMyAdmin seems to be your friend.
