I have a site with a lot of information on it that each user needs to be able to organise in a way meaningful to them. I need a function that will allow a user, from anywhere in the site, to add a piece of content to their own profile / database and then be able to organise the different components into folders, like bookmarks. I need admin access to this profile but it needs to be inaccessibe to other users. Will my page do this?

I also need to integrate with paypal and migrate from a static site created with GoLive, a hassle?
