This beta release of WebGUI 7.9.8 contains fixes for 15 different bugs; Thingy,
Cart, Message Board, Collaboration, Trash and Clipboard handling of pending assets,
Story Manager, and the Gallery.

The Commit with Approval workflow has been sped up, by making Spectre pick up the
process after user feedback about approving or denying the tag, instead of waiting for
60 minutes.

New in 7.9.8 is the ability to authenticate WebGUI users via their Twitter
accounts.
