This stable release of WebGUI 7.9.11 contains fixes for 16 different bugs: Shop,
USPS International shipping driver, PayPal Payment plugin, the Matrix,
Navigation, UserList, Zip Archive, Account, Newletter, Data Table, Post,
Edit Branch.

New features in this release include the Asset Report asset, which is like a
specialized SQL Report for working with Assets, and new URLs for Assets with
RSS Feeds.  The RSS feed for an asset can now be reached by appending .rss, .atom,
or .rdf to the Asset's URL.
