This beta release of WebGUI 7.9.0 contains fixes for the Subscribable Asset,
Macros list in the config file, Survey, template packing, template permissions
after upgrades, language handling by the Rich Editor.

New code includes an AJAX form plugin for checking existing usernames,
optimizing the macro processor for 5.10 and being able to override the
Search Asset root asset.

Gotchas:
    * WebGUI new requires Test::Harness 3.17 or higher to enable the testing functions
      the Survey.
