This beta release of WebGUI 7.8 includes fixes for Recaptcha, AssetProxy caching,
Snippet, Code Editor, Map Point, and the Asset Manager.

Gotchas:
    * WebGUI now requires LWP 5.833 or higher, to fix a bug in that module.
